Scandal of the Scottish millionaire in 'legal aid' divorce.

This sort of story leaves me unable to post a comment in any form that would not include numerous X rated expletives ! So to that end I will simply post the main story with a link to the website containing the full scandalous details.

"Politicians have criticised a decision to grant legal aid to a millionaire and his ex-wife during a divorce battle.

Former mobile phone tycoon, Jim Morrison, 47, was pursued for £10m by former wife Diane after their 21-year marriage collapsed.

She has been awarded £1.6m at the Court of Session in Edinburgh.

Court papers revealed both sides were funded by legal aid. Scotland's four main parties have questioned why they qualified for taxpayer-funded help.

Mr Morrison once figured in a list of the richest people in Scotland and was estimated to have made £10m before his firm crashed in 2009."

Last night the Scottish Legal Aid Board refused to comment on the case due to "confidentiality" reasons. More likely due to too many questions possibly being asked as to which one of Jim Morrison's old mates in the SLAB actually sanctioned the cash!

By the way, don't be fooled by the "Green" or "Eco" labels on these sites, they are all FOR PROFIT companies and are after getting your phones to sell for a handsome profit.
