Microsoft Computer Support Scammers ALERT !!

I got a call from a spoof "Computer support" line at 08:15 this morning. THE EXACT same call as the one in this video below, except that it was a lady (loose term).

The number (probably false) came up on the phone as 02199474577.I did record a little of the conversation which i have saved. I let her rattle on a few minutes before i told her to get stuffed and hung up smile emoticon

PLEASE SHARE this information. These people try to charge between £85 and £150 to "Fix" your "Faulty" computer....they do not! IT IS NOT BROKEN! The instructions regarding pressing keys CAUSES THE ERROR MESSAGES!!

Taking care of children afflicted with leukaemia in India

Husain, a boy hardly of eight years, was asked to be taken away from the Indo-American Cancer Hospital when he began to have seizures. For, his parents could not afford the expensive treatment for his Leukaemia.

The boy was taken to Gandhi Hospital from where he was referred to the MNJ Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Centre. Here, the treatment is absolutely free and efforts are on to put him on the track of recovery.

Lakshman Reddy, a 14-year-old tribal boy from Khammam, was brought to NIMS by the ITDA officials, where he was diagnosed with Leukaemia and referred to MNJ Institute. An orphan, he is now recovering in the Paediatric Oncology Ward, and is known for his erratic behaviour. He smokes, throws tantrums and occasionally refuses to take food and medicines.

Indian Govt forgets their Leukaemia( ल्यूकेमिया ) hit sporting champion Somnath Marlo.

An international-level athlete’s dream run may come to an abrupt halt, thanks to empty promises and state apathy.

Somnath Marlo, a resident of Taherpur in Nadia district, has braved polio, leukaemia and poverty to win laurels in athletics at national and international meets.

In 2002, he struck gold in high jump at the Far East and South Pacific Games for the Disabled at Busan, South Korea. His latest feat was in September 2009, at the national sports meet for the physically challenged, where he won a gold in high jump.

The 27-year-old is currently undergoing treatment for chronic myeloid leukaemia, a cancer of the white blood cells, at a private hospital in the city.

“I had cleared 1.51 metres at the Busan meet,” recalled Marlo, whose father sells eggs at Taherpur railway station.

After Busan, Marlo received Rs 5 lakh from the then Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Prime Minister’s Office also promised him a job. But that remained a promise.

Afflicted with polio since childhood, Marlo underwent training at the Sports Authority of India camp in Salt Lake from 2000 to 2006.
